One of the world’s first documentary film festivals, the Guelph Film Festival (GFF) is dedicated to inspiring community engagement and appreciation of the arts by connecting people through stories of global reach and local relevance. Each November we feature a selection of global documentaries and short videos that focus on social justice, the environment and community building. We also feature the ever-popular children’s programming, visiting directors, panel discussions, and Hidden Histories, an annual series of local film projects that highlight the stories that enrich the Guelph experience and showcase the people who make our city special. The 2020 festival runs from November 6-14.
