Morgan-Paige Melbourne

Morgan-Paige Melbourne is a Toronto based pianist and singer-songwriter. In her music, she focuses on the discussions of social injustice and inequality/inequity as one attempts to find a glimmer of hope.

Morgan-Paige has competed and won numerous classes in the Kiwanis Music Festivals, (OMFA – Ontario Music Festival Association), including placing third in the national Canadian Music Competition 2017 for under-23 category. Morgan has performed extensively in Toronto, GTA, Guelph, Bahamas, and recently Montreal and France, performing at Koerner Hall during Culture Days celebrations, the 21C Music Festival, Burdock Piano Fest, Château d’Orquevaux Artist Residency, the Cinéclub Film Society silent film festivals and Alexina Louie’s award ceremony at the Arts and Letters Club; another project included the Bin Chicken film collaboration with Toronto Dance Theatre. Upcoming projects for 2020 are:, Toronto Silent Film Festival, and 21C Music Festival in January 2021.
