Lex Leosis is a decorated hip-hop artist that uses her voice like a weapon. Slick lyricism is Lex’s forte and it’s what got her her start in hip hop as part of the rap battle scene of the mid-2010’s. Before going solo, Lex teamed up with Toronto-emcees Haviah Mighty, Keysha Freshh and Phoenix Pagliacci to create rap supergroup, The Sorority, that according to Exclaim Magazine was one of Canada’s greatest rap groups of all time.
Lex kicked off her solo career in 2020 during Covid. While it was difficult because Canada was on lockdown for almost 2 years, Lex released two projects and developed a significant TikTok audience freestyling. Once Covid restrictions lifted, Lex joined Snotty Nose Rez Kids on their 2022 tour with over 40 cities across North America. She followed up with her own tour of ticketed shows and festival appearances in 2023.
