Laurel Tubman & The Daleys

Laurel Tubman is one of Toronto’s most versatile, up-and-coming voices. Her ability to interpret many musical styles makes her a highly sought-after talent in the city and beyond. Laurel performs and tours regularly with the Nathaniel Dett Chorale, Canada’s first classically trained Afro-centric choir, as well as her band Hey Love (heylove.ca). Currently residing in Toronto, Jill Daley is a full-time staff pianist at Canada’s National Ballet School and holds the position of musician-in-residence at Church of the Redeemer (Anglican). In addition to these roles, Jill performs as a violinist and pianist at private events across the Greater Toronto Area. She organizes and leads musical groups ranging in size from duo, trio and quartet to chamber orchestra. jilldaley.ca

Mike Daley is a guitarist and singer based in Toronto. A professional musician for over 30 years, Mike has toured Canada, the United States and England and has recorded extensively in a variety of musical styles. He is a longtime member of Fraser/Daley with bassist Alec Fraser and is also proud to work with a variety of bands around Toronto including the Tom Waits Appreciation Congregation, the Travellers and others.
