Dustin Seabrook: Presented by the Guelph Film Festival

Dustin Seabrook is a local filmmaker (STILL Creates), musician (Minotaurs, Odd Years, Tin Tongues) and music producer (STILL) that has been bringing people together with the mini Docuseries, “Project Isolation.” With the help of Kimber Sider (producer), Vanessa Tignanelli (producer/assistant editor), local musicians, and countless submissions from viewers, Project Isolation has produced three short documentaries that highlight some of the perspectives, anxieties, and resiliencies that have been experienced during the Covid-19 pandemic. Participants submitted short videos of themselves doing any of their daily living tasks as well as vlog-like entries discussing how their life has changed and how they’re experiencing these times. The goal of this short film series is to connect us to one another, to be able to empathize with each other’s struggles, and to feel less alone while collectively experiencing all of the different stages of isolation. Other episodes in the series can be found for free viewing at www.stillcreates.com. Keep an eye out for episode 4 in the coming weeks. If you’d like to participate in any of the future episodes, please contact Dustin at [email protected].
