Sheena Thompson has been a Guelphite for most of her life. She loves local food and savours the seasons all year long. Sheena is classically trained in French cuisine and worked in kitchens professionally for several years before going onto other passions. Sheena loves to teach, cook and experiment with flavours to share with friends and family.
