Andrew McPherson is a 2-time Juno Award nominee, 2-time Canadian Music Award winner, producer, remixer and multi-instrumentalist. Operating out of his Guelph based Monastereo studio, Andrew has worked with a plethora of world class talent including Vieux Farka Touré, Kiran Ahluwalia, Philosopher Kings, Dubmatix, Delhi 2 Dublin, Stephen Fearing, Kate Schutt, Natalie McMaster, Jane Siberry and more. Andrew has performed multiple times at Hillside Festival, leading his award winning world fusion project Eccodek and also in collaboration with artists Andy White, Stephen Fearing and Shannon Kingsbury.
Andrew performs ‘Not like here’ from his 2017 solo album, Bardo. ‘Not like here’ offers a message of tolerance, understanding and a desire for a borderless world between cultures and individuals.
