Hillside Songwriting Student
A deeply introspective singer-songwriter, Jey writes about societal observations from their non-binary perspective. Jey grew up in the nation’s capital; now they are a resident of Fergus, Ontario. They performed as part of the Songwriters’ Student Showcase at Hillside Inside 2023. Jey’s compelling folk-rock style songs have the combination of humility, rage, and drive that demands audiences to imagine a better world.
