Our Annual General Meeting takes place on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 7 PM sharp. (Gathering starts at 6:30 PM). Last year, our AGM was virtual; this year, we are wanting to hear from you about what you’d prefer. Can you let us know quickly, please?

At the AGM, we will present highlights from the past year, have lively discussions, and vote in new board members. Please remember that to ensure voting privileges, the membership fee must be paid at least 2 weeks before the AGM. You may still purchase a membership after that time, but will not be able to cast a vote at the AGM.
