Hillside Inside 2014
February 7 - 9
Shari Kasman is a Torontonian whose writing has appeared in Little Brother Magazine, Joyland Magazine, and on both her computer’s internal and external hard drives. She has written a series of articles on unusual musical instruments, but plays and teaches the ordinary piano. For over a year, she has been in charge of two photo-based satirical projects, one dealing with laundry lines and the other on the topic of street furnishings. Having that much responsibility makes her feel like a CEO. People who have put “Shari Kasman” and “humourous” or “hilarious” or “very funny” in one sentence together include writer Chuck Klosterman and musician Amy Millan. Shari’s upcoming projects are so exciting that she can’t even say what they are!
