Food Bazaar

We take our food seriously.

We purposely select our vendors to suit a wide variety of tastes and appetites, and we do our best to include options that are vegetarian, vegan, organic, gluten-free, and fair trade.  How many will you try over the weekend?  Be sure to grab a program on the island to preview their menus!

Belvedere Bistro

Perogies, cabbage rolls, Polish sausage, oh my! Homemade goodness made with locally sourced ingredients on a plate. Just want a snack, grab a Polish popsicle (pickle on a stick)! Located in the food pavilion.

Bluewater Creamery

Stop by Lili and John’s trailer and indulge in vegan non-dairy coconut frozen treats. Made in small batches using seasonal, local ingredients and exciting flavour combinations. Look for our funky Airstream trailer just outside Island Stage.

Bread Heads

Yes, David O’Leary makes the most delicious Neapolitan style wood-fired pizza around.  Vegan, vegetarian and carnivore creations to share or just devour on your own at Island Stage.

Brewing Bean

Espresso based drinks to give you a kick start so you can dance your face off Hillside style.

Chocosol Traders

Ethical and sustainable chocolate products, coffee and beans, and masa cuisine to tempt and delight your taste buds. Blend your own chocolate drink with our bicycle powered blender and check out the cacao pod trailer. Find us across from Main Stage near the ATMs.

Diwa Classic Indian Cuisine

Classic Indian food can be found in the pavilion; silky butter chicken or Tandoori, plus snacks and mango juice. Come enjoy a taste of India. We offer vegetarian options too.

Hula Natural 

Enjoy Hawaiian shave ice, a treat to beat the heat plus great sliders, Hawaiian style – veg and carnivore. Take a walk on the Waikiki side with a Huli Huli jackfruit slider and let the food pavilion be your luau.

Heirloom Food Truck

Tantalizing sandwiches with an Asian fusion twist to tickle your fancy at Lake Stage. Featuring Ontario duck, pork belly, and chicken and some vegetarian delights to boot.

LemonGrass Thai Food

Jun and his crew tempt you with delicious Pad Thai and succulent Thai chicken. Don’t miss the zesty mango salad, it’s a must. Indulge in delicious Thai cuisine in the food pavilion.

Mapleton's Organic Dairy

Delicious, creamy organic ice cream straight from their local dairy into your waiting tummy. Hand-crafted ice cream and frozen yogurt made right on the farm from happy cows! Find our stand just outside Lake Stage.

Rodolfo's Rebel Foods

Enjoy the taste sensations of Central and Latin America – burritos, nachos, huevos, all topped off with Rodolfo’s legendary salsa.  Samba over to the pavilion to indulge your passions.


Treat yourself to boneless, succulent local goat simmered in exciting Caribbean spices. Prefer your goats roaming free and happy? Try the chicken or veg roti, doubles, and other West Indian delights that await you in the food pavilion.

Savoy Culinary

How many schnitzel flavours can you think of? Savoy’s got you covered. No meat for you? Try the portobello mushroom version but leave room for strudel and maybe a little ice cream on the side. Find out what kind of schnitzel you are in the food pavilion.

Sausage Brothers

Hand-made, local Italian sausage on a bun and juicy roasted corn.  Get to the pavilion and mangiamo!

SoulShine Kitchen

Make your own Buddha bowls to bring peace and joy to your happy Hillside belly! Raw, vegan, and vegetarian goodness in the food pavilion.

The Flying Chestnut

Shawn’s famous Pow Wow trail Indian tacos beckon. Choose carnivore or vegetarian. The culinary team also has a raw bar on hand, so belly-up to satisfy your fresh shucked East Coast oyster cravings. You will find FCK hanging out in the pavilion.

The Pop Stand

Handmade, small batch popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, and Italian sodas in flavours that will drive you wild. Will you have a favourite or will you love them all equally and often? Find us just outside Island Stage.

The Portobello Burger

More than just portabellas – healthy, hearty vegan and vegetarian delights to satisfy your hunger in the food pavilion.

Wafel Bar

Marco brings a little taste of Belgium to Hillside. Delicious Liege style waffles, mostly sweet with a savoury option too. Island stage never smelled so delicious.

Wandering Bean

We roast our beans and make all our drinks from scratch. Enjoy a variety of hot and cold espresso-based or fresh brewed coffees and tea plus lovely lemonade to meet all your caffeine and thirst needs at Lake Stage.
